Without a doubt, my favorite destination is Colombia. This incredible country has captured my heart, and I’ve been fortunate enough to explore it extensively. Its diversity, natural beauty, and warm, friendly people make it a truly unforgettable place to visit.
- The Caribbean Coast: The north of Colombia, along the Caribbean Sea, boasts some of the most stunning beaches and islands I’ve ever seen. With crystal-clear blue waters and soft sands, it’s a paradise for beach lovers.
- Vibrant Cities: Cities like Medellín and Bogotá offer a mix of rich culture, fascinating history, and modern charm. Each has its own unique vibe, and there’s always something new to discover.
- The Coffee Axis Region: One of my absolute favorite places. The landscapes here are breathtaking, particularly Valle de Cocora, with its towering palm trees and incredible hiking trails. If you love nature, this region is a dream come true.
- The Amazon River: One of my most unforgettable experiences was spending five days trekking in the Amazon jungle. Swimming in the Amazon River at sunset, with Brazil on one side and Colombia on the other, was absolutely magical—one of the most breathtaking moments of my life.
Colombia is a country of contrasts and beauty: vibrant cities, tranquil beaches, lush coffee plantations, and the untamed Amazon. The food is fantastic, and the people are warm and welcoming. About Me
I started in the travel industry when I was 15, I joined Thomas Cook as a modern apprentice and gained NVQ1 & 2 in Travel and Tourism. Since then I have worked mainly in Corporate travel including 3 years in Pinewood studios working on travel for the film industry. I have gone on to have 3 children, starting up my own business gives me the flexibility to be a good mum and work from home :) I now have 16 years of experience in the travel industry.

I specialise in family, wedding, stag & hen dos, groups and also love to book escorted tours.
My personal favourite destination is St Lucia - I got married there and it was absolutely stunning.

Destinations I love to Book for Customers
I enjoy booking many different aspects of travel for people, but I mostly love helping clients book their dream destination, somewhere that they have always wanted to travel to. This could be a family holiday to a European destination or it could be a solo backpacking trip to Asia, or a luxury hotel in the Caribbean.

I do have a few favourite destinations! Personally I love to travel to Thailand, The Caribbean and Egypt, the list goes on! I personally enjoy traveling to these destinations as the weather is always warm, the cultures are very different from the UK and I have always had really nice experiences when leaving the resorts and booking excursions in these countries.

About Me
I started my career in travel back in 2007. I had a great time travelling the world as a flight attendant and got to explore and experience many different cultures and destinations. After 6 years I moved into airline management, this came with the opportunity to conduct a lot of research on what customers want from a holiday. This allowed me to build up to where I am today in offering bespoke tailored holiday experiences. I was recognised for my skills within the travel industry when I was chosen as one of the lucky 30 under 30 by the Travel Trade Gazette (TTG). This was a year long prize that helped me expand my travel industry contacts, and learn from some the industry’s top leaders at seminars and workshops. I also had the opportunity to attend awards ceremonies and events that celebrated the industry.
I love finding someone the perfect holiday. It’s that time of year that is very special to everyone as we all work so hard in our careers and that 1 week, long weekend or fortnight away can make a big difference to your health and wellbeing. My Favourite Destination
Very hard to pick but top spot goes to Bali, Bali, Bali - I just love Bali. The people are so friendly, and it has that amazing mix of craziness and serene you only get in Asia. There are some amazing, very unique resorts with incredible pools and spas, and you can be as active or a lazy as you wish with so much to do from trekking, visiting rice terraces, watching amazing sunsets with a cocktail or dreaming during a spa and sound bowl experience! There are very special places in my heart for Cape Town and New York and Japan too though...

About Me
My passion for travel all started when I was 13yrs old and my parents took us abroad for the very first time. From getting on the plane to seeing the members of staff who made our holiday one to remember, I knew this was what I wanted to do. 5yrs on and still with a travel passion I then become a holiday representative for Panorama and Cosmos working in Ibiza and Turkey, In between jobs I also worked for Thomson\'s as a Travel agent-profile for 7yrs and also spent a year as assistant manager.
After leaving Thomson\'s due to the long commute and very long hours, I decided it was time to take on a new venture one that gave me the chance to be my own boss, choose my own hours (being a mum it is great) setting my own targets and making some good money with ITE, plus the biggest bonus of all was doing something I loved working in Travel.

I love booking Disneyland Paris because I have been there twice and have sold it on numerous occasions and have also learnt about it. Disneyland is a magical place and I can put the customer in their happy place.
Ibiza because I have lived there and know the best places to go on the island, definitely one of my favourites to book.
My favourite destination is Canada because whilst there we did a twin centre Toronto and Vancouver, whilst in Toronto, we went to the CN Tower and Niagara Falls which was amazing. Vancouver was truly stunning with lakes and mountains in the Okanagan.

I love to book destinations specifically in Europe that include a lot more than just staying in one part of a city or town. for example, one of my favourite destinations to book is the Milan area of Italy. This is because of how accessible Lake Como is and I am a big advocate for people visiting Lake Como whilst in the city of Milan!
I also love to book Eastern Europe trips as it's so accessible to visit multiple countries in such little time. Specifically, Budapest, Vienna and Bratislava. I\'m obsessed with this style of travel and think that there's an abundance of hidden gems for people to experience.
As well as this, I love booking travel to hot, summer destinations such as Greece, Turkey and Croatia. These destinations are commonly known as relaxing, hot holidays but can also be so much more. The itineraries I've created for these destinations make me jealous whenever someone else visits them! The history and excursions mixed with the crystal waters and sunshine combine for a perfect holiday!
My Favourite Destination
My favourite destination is the South of France, specifically the stretch from Cannes to Menton. Growing up I always dreamed of visiting the French Riviera and now every minute I\'m away from it I find myself dreaming of being back. To me it's the perfect blend of everything you\'d want from any type of travel. You have an endless list of cultural towns to visit, a magnitude of history, a heap of relaxing beach clubs and a beautiful coastline of crystal-clear waters. Not to mention the hours you can spend wandering the harbours gazing at the super yachts.
I truly believe the French Riviera is as good as it gets in Europe and I'm a huge advocate for anyone who hasn't been to go! The coastal trains make every town accessible and there\'s no shortage of accommodation at any time of the year. I also love that every town/city on the coast has something different. Nice has the big city hustle whilst Menton has the typical coastal town charm and Monaco speaks for itself, it doesn't matter how many times you visit you\'ll always be starstruck. I'm obsessed!

About Me
I got into travel as soon as I left school working for Intourist Moscow Ltd on a YTS scheme for 2 years with a day release to college once per week to study travel and tourism. We were trained in sales, admin, ticketing and customer service. Once completed I got a job at an Independent high street retail travel shop and I left after a year when I was offered a job as a holiday rep and I moved to Tenerife. I returned briefly to work at TC before my next resort job in Corfu working as a rep for a huge UK tour operator. After 4 years I returned to the UK for 2 years and worked again at TC on the high street and also as cabin crew for TC\'s then airline, Airworld. After this, I moved back to Greece where I spent 15 years as a homeworker selling holidays for a big UK Company. I had a brief stint at another homeworking company on my return before starting with ITE in August 2014 and this is where I shall stay!
Travel is my passion. If I\'m not organising someone else\'s holiday then I am making memories somewhere in the world. This job gives me the freedom to work from my laptop on a Thai beach, or from the comfort of my house in Corfu whilst watching the sunset on the horizon. The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page! I would rather have a passport full of stamps than a house full of stuff....

Australia is hard to beat! It's just an incredible place! It literally has it all. City life in Sydney and Melbourne, the historic blue mountains and the white sands in the Whitsundays. Two weeks was just not enough, I hope to be able to go back again one day, when my daughter is a little older and can cope with the long flights!

My journey into the travel industry began over 20 years ago. Having begun my career with Thomson Holidays, as a Reservations agent-profile, was promoted within 3 months to Supervisor. I left Thomson’s after 5 years to set up & run a call centre for Sandals & Beaches Resorts in London.

The cultural immersion of the Far East is unlike anything else. From the ancient temples of Japan to the majestic palaces of Thailand, travellers have the opportunity to connect with the past in meaningful ways. The vibrant festivals and lively local life offer a fun and immersive experience that brings you closer to the community.
The food in the Far East tells it’s own story. Whether it’s enjoying sushi in Japan, pho in Vietnam, or dim sum in Hong Kong, each dish reflects the region’s culture and history through it’s ingredients, flavours, and preparation.
Visiting sacred sites, monasteries, and temples allows travellers to immerse themselves in different spiritual practices- like Buddhism in Thailand to Taoism in China- that offer moments of reflection, personal growth and deeper understanding.

My Favourite Destination
After sharing my love for the Far East, it’s no surprise that my favourite destination is currently Thailand!
My husband and I spent two amazing weeks there for our 10th wedding anniversary. We kicked off our trip in Bangkok, exploring the city by tuk-tuk, visiting stunning temples, including the reclining Buddha and marvelling at the Grand Palace. In the evening, we dined at red Sky’s rooftop, enjoying Asian-infused cuisine with a stunning view of the city.
Next, we flew to Phuket and celebrated in luxury at Devasom in Khao Lak. We relaxed by the infinity pool, savoured fine dining, and took part in the Lot Krathong festival. We crafter krathongs, attended a charity event, and experiences traditional Thai performances. Floating our krathong in the creek was a truly special moment.
During our four days in Khoa Lak, we also visited a local temple, the Tsunami Museum, and explored the night marked. Then, in Phuket, we saw the incredible Siam Niramit show, fed elephants at a rescue sanctuary, and enjoyed a boat trip to Phi Phi Island. We also explored Patong Beach and Bangla Walking Street, which was an unforgettable experience. A highlight was discovering Number 6 on the Hill, a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and views of Phuket by night.
It was an unforgettable trip, and we can’t wait to return and explore more!

Unlucky for some (but not for me!) 13 years\' experience.
I got bitten by the travel bug when I went to Sri Lanka to volunteer in an orphanage when I was 18 years old. On that trip I spent 6 months in Sri Lanka and then instead of returning home as originally planned, I travelled on to Java, Australia, Thailand and South Africa before returning home just in time to start my degree in Geography. Truly bitten by the travel bug, I have since taken any and every opportunity to travel and see the world.
I started my career in travel working for a long-haul tailor-made specialist, then moved to Australia for 4 years to work for an inbound tour operator planning people's holidays around Australia and New Zealand. I returned to the UK in 2011 to do a Masters in Tourism Management and Marketing and then worked for a small independent agency. Steve said that the feeling of satisfaction he got when the lady finally confirmed their family’s holiday was second to none!
He adds that he too loves making his customers’ dreams come true, citing an old friend of his who booked a surprise holiday for her mum and dad with him to Cyprus as a wedding anniversary gift, as the dad had always wanted to go to Cyprus. On their anniversary his friend filmed her mum and dad opening their surprise holiday in the post, and Steve says the look of surprise on their faces was priceless.

About Me
I have been a travel agent-profile since 1981, I book all kinds of holidays from city breaks to worldwide multi stop itineraries.
I was introduced to the travel industry by my grandmother who was an accountant for a holiday company in London. Whilst at school I had a big interest in travel, and my first job was with a Greek/Cypriot holiday company as a reservations agent-profile. Two years later I joined an independent retail agent-profile which also had a large group and business travel department. Some years later I progressed to Branch Manager of another independent travel agency on the high street. I now find myself working as a home worker, it is much easier for clients as they can contact me when the high street is closed, and I enjoy the flexibility of these working hours. I have been in travel for so long, but each client’s holiday still gives me excitement to arrange their perfect holiday wherever they are travelling to. I did have a couple of years break from the industry, and now am finding the industry is even better than before due to the amount of different destinations available to travellers.

I specialise in holidays to Maldives and Barbados, and have extensive knowledge of the USA, Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Greece and Cyprus. I have also travelled myself to many European cities and also cruising. I love booking all holidays for my clients, where ever they choose to go, but do find bookings for clients celebrating special birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons especially exciting.
I do also love booking speciality multi stop itineraries. My personal favourites include: Maldives, because of the idyllic beaches; Barbados because of the atmosphere and fabulous things to do there; Asia for its culture and the USA/Canada for the amazing scenery and difference in each of the states.

Hubby and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday, organised by Tracy. We have been to Komandoo in the Maldives, followed by a 2 night stay in Singapore on the way home. We were originally scheduled to travel in September last year but I sustained a serious leg injury which meant I couldn’t go. Tracy went above and beyond for us to rearrange everything, at no additional cost to us. Everything was perfect, including transfers in Maldives and also to and from the hotel in Singapore. The “have a nice time” and “welcome home” cards are also a nice touch which personalised your experience. My Personal Favourite Destination
My personal favourite destination is Fraser Island in Australia — it’s still the most breathtaking place I’ve ever visited. From its crystal-clear freshwater lakes to endless stretches of white sand and rich wildlife, it truly feels like a slice of paradise. The connection to nature there is unlike anywhere else.
Cuba comes a very close second. I fell in love with its vibrant culture, colourful streets, beautiful beaches, and the warmth of its people.

My Favourite Destination
favourite holiday is a Royal Caribbean Cruise. The staff are amazing, you feel special from the moment you join the ship. There is so many activities such as rock climbing, waterslides, Ziplines, surfing and mini golf. The food is fantastic and again so many options from fine dining, to pizza, buffets and speciality dining. I am never bored on their ships as their is activities happening from 6am to 1am, this is everything from fitness, to trivia, to art auctions, karaoke or family events.

Japan is my favourite place to visit it is very clean, the people are friendly, helpful and polite. So many new experiences from tranquil Onsen's and Snow Monkeys to Bullet train and Karaoke in Tokyo. Some people have the impression it is expensive when actually travel and food is very reasonable. It is also very easy to find your way around so language is not a problem. Visiting Disney and Universal is much cheaper than America and another one to tick off your bucket list if you are a theme park enthusiast.

My first question is always about the 'why' behind their trip. Are they looking to explore culture and food? Are they looking to party? Or are they just desperate to unwind?
From there, I get into the tiny details that make a holiday go from 'nice' to 'amazing.' Is it an easy journey through the airport with fast-track security? Is it vital they get those upgraded seats on the plane? Must they have a south-facing room?

And, of course, the food! For me, it's the best in the world. I love 'the hunt,' and there's no better place to find hidden gems, from exploring the hawker centres for the most amazing street food to enjoying a world-class meal. My personal favourite holiday was when we went to the Rocky Mountains. We flew into Calgary before hiring a car to drive over 3 days to Vancouver. Vancouver island was amazing. We went bear watching and seeing them in their natural habitat and up close is something truly magical. After this we took a ferry to Seattle and enjoyed a couple of days there and seeing what the city had to offer. Banff and Jasper were particular highlights of the holiday, right in the heart of the Rockies.
This was a holiday of a lifetime with memories that stick with me always and I highly recommend doing a similar trip, at least once.
