I've had a passion for travel for as long as I can remember and have been fortunate enough to explore many countries and cities around the world. Every destination has given me new experiences and a greater appreciation for how travel creates lasting memories.
My professional journey into the travel industry began when I spent five years supporting Layer Travel, a successful family-run travel business. I was involved in marketing, sales and holiday bookings, helping customers find the right holidays while learning the importance of exceptional customer service and personalised travel planning.
Alongside this, I built a successful career in programme and project management, leading complex projects for global organisations. That experience taught me how to plan meticulously, solve problems, manage every detail and deliver an outstanding customer experience—skills that translate perfectly into planning seamless, stress-free holidays.
I'm also a Chartered Marketer, which has given me a strong understanding of customer needs, communication and building long-term relationships. Combined with my travel experience, I believe this enables me to offer something genuinely personal.

What do you like most about working in the travel industry?
What I enjoy most about working in the travel industry is being part of someone's journey from the very beginning.
There's something incredibly rewarding about taking an idea—whether it's a dream destination, a special celebration or simply a much-needed break—and turning it into a holiday that's been carefully planned around the individual.
I love getting to know my clients, understanding what they enjoy and recommending experiences that they may never have considered. No two holidays are ever the same, and that's what makes this industry so exciting.
Travel has the power to bring people together, create lifelong memories and open the door to new cultures and experiences. Knowing I've played a small part in making those moments happen is hugely rewarding.
I also enjoy taking the stress out of planning. With so much choice available online, it can often feel overwhelming. I want my clients to feel confident that every detail has been considered and that they have someone they can rely on before, during and after their holiday.
For me, it's about much more than booking a trip—it's about creating experiences that people will remember for years to come.

My particular areas of expertise include ocean and river cruises, tailor-made itineraries, multi-centre holidays, long-haul adventures and special occasion travel. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach escape, a luxury cruise, an unforgettable safari, a family holiday or a once-in-a-lifetime bucket-list trip, I'll take the time to understand exactly what you're looking for before recommending the right holiday.

What destinations do you love to book for your customers and why?
I love helping clients discover destinations that match the type of holiday they're looking for, rather than simply recommending what's popular.
Some of my favourite holidays to plan include Mediterranean and Norwegian Fjord cruises, where clients can experience multiple destinations with the ease and comfort of unpacking just once. I also enjoy creating tailor-made itineraries across Australia, Thailand, the USA and Europe, combining iconic sights with hidden gems to create truly memorable experiences.
Thailand is a destination I particularly enjoy recommending, especially Krabi, with its stunning beaches, dramatic limestone cliffs and incredible island-hopping opportunities. I also love planning holidays to Australia, where every region offers something completely different, from vibrant cities and world-class wine regions to the Great Barrier Reef and breathtaking coastal drives.
I'm equally passionate about creating unforgettable experiences such as African safaris, European city breaks, luxury beach escapes and Christmas market river cruises. Every traveller is different, and that's what makes my job so rewarding. I enjoy taking the time to understand what inspires each client before recommending destinations and experiences they'll genuinely love.
For me, the perfect holiday isn't about choosing the most expensive destination—it's about finding the right destination for the right person.
What is your personal favourite destination / holiday and why?
Choosing just one favourite destination is almost impossible, as every place offers something unique. If I had to choose, Australia would be right at the top of my list.
I love the incredible variety it offers. One trip can include vibrant cities like Sydney and Melbourne, stunning coastlines, world-class beaches, amazing wildlife and unforgettable road trips. It's a destination that feels adventurous whilst still being relaxed, and there's always something new to discover.
I'm also a huge fan of Thailand, particularly Krabi. The scenery is simply breathtaking, with dramatic limestone cliffs, crystal-clear waters and beautiful islands just a short boat ride away. It's the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, whether you're enjoying the beaches, exploring local markets or heading off on an island-hopping excursion.
Ultimately, my favourite holidays are those that combine beautiful scenery, authentic local experiences and the opportunity to discover something new. That's exactly what I love helping my clients experience too.
