What I like most about working in the travel industry is being able to turn my passion for travel into something that genuinely benefits other people. Having travelled extensively myself through both work and leisure, I really enjoy using that experience to help customers find the right destination and create trips that feel personal to them. I also love the variety of the industry. Every customer, destination and holiday is different, which keeps it interesting and gives me the opportunity to continually learn.
What do you like most about working in the travel industry?
What I like most about working in the travel industry is helping people create experiences and memories that are really special to them. I’ve always had a genuine passion for travel and have been fortunate to travel extensively myself, so I love being able to use that experience and knowledge to inspire and help others. I particularly enjoy getting to know what a customer wants and finding the right holiday for them, while providing a personal service they can trust.
What are your speciality areas?
I particularly enjoy specialising in long-haul travel, luxury holidays, city breaks and tailor-made experiences and also professional business travel.
What destinations do you love to book for your customers and why?
I love long haul and especially Asia and the America's and cruising where I can draw on my personal experiences to prepare the perfect itineraries for my clients.
What is your personal favourite destination / holiday and why?
I love the culture, landscapes, beaches and food of Asia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand etc There is so much to do and discover but always a beautiful beach nearby for relaxation from the hustle and bustle.

I offer a personal, knowledgeable and professional service that takes the stress out of planning a holiday. I take the time to understand each customer's individual needs and preferences so I can create a trip that feels right for them. My extensive travel experience, combined with my background in sales and customer relationships, means I understand the importance of listening, attention to detail and building trust. My aim is to become the person my customers come back to whenever they want to travel.
